We have been in the market more than 10 years from now. Saaf.Pk started from residential cleaning services & later on moved to commercial cleaning sectors. After successful step into commercial cleaning market then we moved toward industrial cleaning sectors.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

"We" or "our" refers to the Saaf.Pk. "You", "your" or "the client" refers to the customer receiving the service(s) detailed overleaf.

A quotation accepted either verbally or by signature will be subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. On the day of the wash, or other service.

Full access is required on the days of the clean. We are unable to move any obstacles which may inhibit cleaning on the scheduled days.

We do not accept liability for any damage howsoever caused during the provision of our services.

The customer agrees whilst Saaf.Pk will take every care necessary in the cleaning of your sofa/carpets or fabrics we accept no liability whatsoever nor provide any form of guarantee on the following (but not limited to) common anomalies that may occur as a result of professional cleaning through either a pre-existing condition or as a direct result of the work undertaken whether deemed negligent or not.
(a) Unattached soils.
(b) Water stains.
(c) Shrinkage.
(d) Odour.
(e) Change in color.

In the event of a dispute over payment, it is the client's responsibility to prove that payment in full has been made and cleared.

Electricity & water access is required throughout cleaning.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
